The main part of this casual role will be assisting the owner in the on-going administration of the business, and speaking to both existing and new clients on the telephone. This post is a casual as and when needed role working from home on a self employed basis. Client contact could any time of the day and needs to be made within 48 hours of the request. No cold calling or sales calls.

 

  • Updating clients website text via the popular Joomla CMS or ZenCart e-ccommerce
  • May include taking and processing payment information from clients via telephone
  • Occasional client technical support
  • Creating Word documents from a brief
  • Proofreading text
  • Contacting clients by telephone to pass on or retrieve information
  • Maintaining a log file (supplied) of the work carried out and duration taken
  • Any other duties which may be required, appropriate to the role.

 

The successful applicant will be required to sign a 'non disclosure agreement'
